Don't hold your breath

It is not a coincidence that Orin Hatch carefully crafted DSHEA to essentially reduce if not remove FDA oversight of nutraceuticals and that a number of major nutraceutical manufacturers are located in Utah.

Supplements play a critical role in the health and well-being of more than 100 million Americans, many of whom are in Utah, where supplements are a thriving industry."
