There's a great new way to do that with TiVo's free new service KidZone. http://www.tivo.com/1.2.17.asp You can set it to record kids' shows you think are appropriate, in a special area that locks out both grown up recordings and live broadcasts. All they see is that which you think is ok. You can even use their weekly recommendations lists from kids' advocacy groups -- also on the site. <BR/>It lets you contol how much -- as well as WHAT -- tv they're watching, and makes it possible to watch with them when YOU have time, so you can control how and when they see commercials as well.
