Food safety and nutrition, at the AAEA annual meeting in Long Beach

This week in Long Beach, CA, the Food Safety and Nutrition section completed a fine pre-conference and still to come has a whole track of sessions on food safety and nutrition topics, in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Agricultural Economics Association.
