The economics of the Thrifty Food Plan
Join us for the first weekly Wednesday seminar of Fall 2008 at the Friedman School, tomorrow Sep. 10, at noon in Behrakis auditorium in the Jaharis building at 150 Harrison Ave., on Tufts University's Boston campus. I will be speaking on "The Economics of the Thrifty Food Plan," sharing a new approach to measuring the real cost of a nutritious diet.
